Sika Everbuild Sikasil HM is a Premium High Modulus Jasmin Coloured Silicone Sealant with an acetoxy curing system, this professional grade silicone sealant now come in 6 very popular colours, this bathroom + silicone sealant contains a powerful anti fungal compound to prevent mould and fungal growth, the sealant is very suitable for use in areas of high humidity such as bathrooms kitchens and other sanitary areas where a Jasmin Coloured premium sealant is required.

Sika Sikasil HM acetoxy curing silicone sealant is engineered with an enhanced viscosity that makes this product easier to use, has superior tool-ability it also has a high flexibility of + or - 20% this is a very important aspect of a Sikasil HM silicone sealant that tends to be used on smaller joints, the Jasmin Coloured sealant if applied correctly will produce a waterproof seal that will last, the sealant is also expected to last up to 10 years against mould and fungal and bacteria this has been tested in accelerated aging, (however and this goes for all sealants if they are left covered in soap this soap will grow mould and bacteria that will eventually transfer into the sealant)
