The SIP 1200w Handheld Induction Heater Kit is ideal for heating and releasing rusted-on or hard-to-move parts such as nuts, bolts and fastenings.

Designed for garages, automotive environments and workshops, the kit is supplied with 4x interchangeable induction heating coils which perform a variety of heat treatment tasks with precision and ease.

Easy to control and highly efficient, this induction heater kit safely operates with a duty cycle of 2mins ON / 2mins OFF to maintain the cooling and integrity of the induction heating coils.

Using an all-electric process, this plug-and-play solution offers greater levels of safety compared to oxyacetylene and other heating methods which use a naked flame.

Applications & uses: Ideal for garage & automotive environments. Suitable for workshop uses. Helix Coil: heating seized nuts, bolts and fastenings. Flat Coil: sheet metal shrinkage or removing vehicle graphics and stickers. Flexi-Induction Coil: placing around tubes, metal fixings & hard-to-reach objects.

POWERFUL HANDHELD INDUCTION HEATER FEATURES A FAN-COOLED TORCH WITH SOCKET ADJUSTERS FOR THE INTERCHANGEABLE INDUCTION HEATING COILS: Compact unit delivers safe and efficient heat quickly via the 1.2kW inverter power module. Intuitive one-touch induction torch trigger delivers precise and reliable power. Duty cycle of 2mins ON / 2mins OFF to maintain the cooling and integrity of the induction heating coils. Lightweight and easy-to-use, this unit is simple to power from a 230v/13A supply and supplied with 3mtr power cable for flexible use around the work area.

Flat Coil (1x): ideal for shrinkage when processing sheet metal or removing vehicle stickers, decals and graphics (220mm L x 65mm W). Flexi-Induction Lead (1x): perfect for placing around tubes, exhausts and hard-to-reach fixings (800mm L). A blow-moulded carry case allows for easy storage of the handheld unit and 4x induction heater coils between uses.
