The Parweld XR943A PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) is built for environments with airborne particles. It features a flip-up welding and grinding helmet, a straightforward status display, and an ultra-quiet brushless motor with two-speed airflow control. The system includes audible and vibration alerts, a comfort belt with detachable shoulder straps, and a removable lithium-ion battery that offers up to 10 hours of runtime. Weighing just under 1.1 kg, the unit is lightweight and easy to use with intuitive controls. It comes with an A1 P3 main filter, an activated carbon pre-filter, and a metal spark arrester for complete filtration. The XR943A is TH3P certified, meeting European standard EN12941: 1998/A1:2004/A2:2008 TH3P.

The helmet is designed with a gradual lightening feature to minimise eye strain, and its Light Shade DIN 3 improves visibility before welding begins. With Variable Shade Control (DIN 4-13), users can easily adjust the shade for added comfort during different welding tasks. The ergonomically balanced headgear offers multiple adjustable rake positions for a secure and customised fit. The helmet includes several versatile modes, such as Auto Shade Mode for quick adjustments, High-Speed Tacking Mode, and Weld, Grind, and Cut modes. Plus, the memory function lets users store and recall their preferred settings for smooth, efficient operation.
